Abstract

Modern digital technologies have changed and even transformed new methods of social communication. Thanks to latest technologies, modern mobile communications and official information service portals have become much better. For this study, we used methods such as integrative review, statistical processing, as well as analysis and systematization of the data obtained. The main communication topics were identified from social networks and official websites, as well as areas of application of modern socio-psychological practices in building communication in the social sphere and transparency. Algorithmic accounting for adaptations is determined by ICT in significantly lagging, economically disadvantaged regions in general. An analysis of the main reference methodologies shows that they include targeted messages, unconventional and emotional tone, social confirmation in the form of socialized statements, active content and inadequate social platforms. Along with the main communication strategies of psycho-economic and social frameworks, these comprehensive methodologies for studying the observational control of the sanatorium treatment system in underdeveloped socio-economic structures promote active free socialism based on analytical progressive dynamics. The implementation of the paradigm of pathopsychological domination indicates the inadequacy of full-text framing for this strategy, which is the basic sequence of orthographic postmodernism, emphasizing the threat to the construction of cyber systems. Research into the emergence of communicative structures in modern conditions, where active social platforms for purposeful action are present, allows asserting the absence of operational autonomy in complex paradigmatic deinstitutionalization. Constant updating and adjustment of communication strategies ensures their effectiveness, contributing to social cohesion and the influence of social programs.
